in The Knot Seattle Winter/Spring
2005 edition. Multiple photographs from weddings of Nicole & Paul
Selle and Lila & Michael Bray will be featured.

John's
image places 1st in the 2004
WPJA contest.
In the first 2004 Wedding Photojournalist Association contest,
John's image placed 1st
place in the Details category. In addition, both John and Joey
placed 5 more images in top 10 in various categories. There were
a total of 1311 photographs entered in this contest by other wedding
photojournalists around the nation.

When they're not photographing weddings, John and Joey are busy documenting
the life of their puppy, Filson. You can view pictures

John & Joseph
are collectively ranked 3rd in
the nation and Joey is named the “Portrait
Photographer of the Year" by
WPJA.
John and Joey competed in the latest and largest contest hosted by
the Wedding Photojournalist Association, with over 1700 original
images submitted by top wedding photographers around the country.
Joey won the title of "Portrait Photographer of the Year 2003" by
achieving first-place in both the Bridal Party and Portrait
of Kids categories. In addition, John’s images received
two honorable mentions in this contest and placed 5th in the nation
in a previous WPJA contest, which took place earlier in 2003. This
means a total of three WPJA trophies for images captured in the year
2003. Collectively John & Joseph are ranked 3rd in the nation.
WPJA is an exclusive wedding photography organization with a qualifying
membership of less than 5% of all wedding photographers in the nation.
We would like to send a special thanks to all of our clients who
invited us to be a part of their wedding and allowed us to photograph

Year
end summary.
The year 2003 has finally ended and we have successfully photographed
65 weddings. Focusing nearly all of our time and energy in wedding documentation,
we have enjoyed the countless hours of seeing the world through our lenses
and behind our cameras. One of many highlights of 2003 includes being
recognized by the Wedding Photojournalist Association by placing 5th
in the Nation in their wedding photography competition. January 3rd marks
the kickoff for the highly anticipated 2004 wedding season. We will be
commissioned to photograph more weddings outside the Northwest in 2004
and to date, few of the destinations include: California, Nevada, Florida,
Virginia, and Hong Kong, China. We thank our clients of past, present,
and future for trusting us completely to do our absolute best. Thank

With this new hosting, we are able to upload more images for our clients.
Many of our past clients' images have been reuploaded for viewing again.

Launched
www.jkhphotography.com, an exclusive
website devoted to serving clients.
Due to a huge growth in our client base and wedding photography services,
we could no longer host both portfolio and our client proofs through one
website. This separate site will allow us to service our clients faster
with larger images and longer periods to access their wedding images online.
